I’ve never dealt with a true “race” shop like BW and I really have enjoyed the experience. I always feel like I’m getting the best advice, and suggestions for true race car set up. Your technical expertise on even the minute details of building race cars is really impressive, and some I value greatly. I’m a BW fan for life - not to disparage my local shop who is very good at OEM applications, but they are not race car drivers, nor do they possess the deep experience the BW staff does.

I’m in total agreement with waiting to buy the “right stuff". I would be much further ahead now had I met you two years ago. No other race shop I’ve dealt with has asked any of the questions you have, even once. They just want to sell you whatever they can to fit in your budget today, and then tell you later how you need to upgrade and should have bought “XYZ”. There is something to be said for integrity in today’s business world! It doesn’t go overlooked and creates lasting customers.

I have to say it has very much been a pleasure to deal with you. It is refreshing to see that there are still companies out there that know a thing or two about customer service. Cheers to you and BimmerWorld.

This is another reason why I love you guys. I'd have to guess that most places would just sell whatever to people and not even question it, just make some money. You guys are so knowledgeable, not just on product, but on car setup that I always know I'll be getting an educated answer.

I would like to thank you and the guys for the service - I know I'm not an easy customer. I always have a lot of questions because I want to do it once and do it right (and not regret anything I buy). I have a budget for my build, and you guys get most of it, and from someone who's very conscious about his shopping (and doesn't even live in the same country), that means a lot!

Now I know what expert services you have provided me in the past with my BMW. You have all the Performance Friction compounds in stock when I need them. You have the correct safety equipment. You know what mods work and which are the best for the money. That is not even mentioning all the expert advise at the track or with your customer reps.

I probably sound like a broken record now, but I have to give another shout out to Jamie. He made it his mission to find me an all aluminum radiator for one of my customers since C&R and Fluidyne are out of stock. He tracked one down and had it drop shipped to me. Good customer service and follow up are rare these days. I wanted to personally thank you for the excellent advice, service, prices, and mentoring over the years.

I just can't express enough how impressed I am with you guys. Thanks so much for the great service from start to finish, and always done with a smile and as professional as possible. Our particular interaction has extended over many months and never have I felt that I wasn't getting first-class service. Love the business and your approach, as well as the GREAT group of guys you have assembled. You've got a customer for life.
