Factory replacement M badge from the E39/Z3 era (but can be used on all BMW models of any year). This is a Genuine BMW Motorsport emblem as used on the E39 M5 (2000, 2001, 2002, and 2003) as well as the S54 powered Z3 M Roadster and M Coupe (2001 and 2002 MZ3/Z3M).
This emblem measures approximately 8.5cm long by 3.2cm tall (85mm x 32mm), or 3.3" x 1.25" inches in dimension. It has the same length and width measurements as an older M badge used, but unlike the older version the face a bit of a "curve" to it, making it thicker in the middle than the top and bottom edges. This profile is made to match the "5" badge used on the E39 M5 (2000-2003), and on the MZ3 models is particular to the 2001 and 2002 model years.
Whether missing, damaged, faded from the sun, or previously nonexistent on your M conversion, this replacement M emblem is the factory-supplied part with an adhesive backing strong enough to last several years. Other badges like the "5" are sold separately.
