This is a replacement right rear bumper impact strip (rub strip / molding) for all E36 3 series made between 1992 and 1999 -- with the textured (not totally smooth) surface. See the full list of fitments below.

This bumper impact strip has the textured finish. If your BMW has the very smooth surface to its impact strips, this one may not match the texture of the other pieces. Please keep this in mind if ordering. We recommend replacing all three rear bumper impact strips for best look and matching finish. Please also see part # 51128135487 and 51128146093. 

This is a high quality aftermarket version that is just a fraction of what the dealer part sells for, but gets the job done when a Genuine BMW part is not required, and some savings in price are appreciated.
