Window Regulator - E46 Sedan Rear Left - 51358212099PRM

This is the Rear Left window regulator, which comes WITHOUT the electric motor (so your original should be reused). This is used on the rear driver side (on LHD US models). 

URO Premium is a redesigned regular which features a roller bearing design and improved durability. The motor is typically not the issue when the left rear window breaks, it's the regulator and it's fragile bits. This is a case where the aftermarket solution, as made by URO, is actually BETTER than the failure prone original BMW design.
