Water Pump with Metal Impeller for the M73 V12 powered BMWs, which includes the 1994-1999 850Ci coupe and 1995-2001 E38 750iL sedan.

A critical heart of the M73 V12's cooling system, this water pump flows and delivers the coolant throughout the engine. When it fails, your V12 will most surely overheat... or leak badly enough until it does.

This water pump replaces the older and superseded BMW Part # 11511741980 (11-51-1-741-980), as well as 11511714212 (11 51 1 714 212) and 11510393337 (11 51 0 393 337). This pump features a more durable metal impeller, considered an improvement from the failure prone plastic/composite water pumps found in other water pumps on the market. 

This part is manufactured by an aftermarket supplier of European auto parts, including many cooling system components. While not carrying OEM status, this part follows the design of the original very closely and uses similar materials. An aftermarket part may even have the same TUV approval as its OEM counterpart. The brand may even be OEM to another manufacturer besides BMW. This aftermarket brand has a two year warranty - the same as Genuine BMW and OEM brands.
