Price includes refundable $50 core charge. Upon inspection and approval of your rebuildable alternator, a refund in the amount of the core charge will be issued back to your credit card. This 80 amp alternator fits all E36 6 cylinder including M3 (1995-1999, 3.0 & 3.2 liter), 1992-1995 E36 325i 325is, 1996-1998 E36 328i 328is 323is, and 1991-1992 E34 525i and was used on the M50/M52 engine on the E34 and E36 chassis as well as the S50/S52 engine of the E36 M3. On the E36,  you'll find this alternator on model years 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998 and 1999. On the E34 525i, please not this is just for the later 1991-1992 model E34 525i, which used the newer M50 engine.
