This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 83222339221 (83-22-2-339-221) and is described as Genuine BMW MTF-LT-3 Manual Transmission Fluid. This is the standard BMW recommendation for transmission oil in 2004-2014 6-speed manual transmissions*. Use this oil if your transmission has a MTF label on the side.

2011-2013 E9X 335i/335xi with N55 engine
Although this is the factory recommended MTF, there may be complaints of cold temperature shifting. We have found the Red Line D4 ATF is a better option. You can also use Genuine BMW LT-2 fluid.
