aFe Pro Dry S Replacement Air Filter - E36, E46, E39, E83, Z3, Z4

aFe performance air filter replaces BMW part #13721730449 and 13721744869, and is used for M50, M52, M52tu and M54 powered E36, E46, E39, E83, Z3, and Z4 models. These models span model years 1992 through about 2006 – but check your fitment carefully. 

aFe Pro Dry S panel filter is a direct replacement for the original paper filter in your stock air box. The synthetic filter material is denser than the aFe Pro 5R so it does not require any dust-retention oil, yet it flows up to 66% more air than a conventional stock paper filter. The Pro Dry S gives you a modest power increase with excellent filtration (99.2% efficiency) but less maintenance than the oiled filter. The Pro Dry S is cleaned using an aFe service kit and regular tap water. Since these OE-replacement filters sit inside your stock air box there is no change to intake noise or factory appearance of your engine bay.
