The SpecE46 Hyperco Spring set consists of front and rear springs required per the Spec E46 race class rules. These spec rates are the only legal spring rates to run with the Spec E46 MCS suspension.
Spec E46 Spring Package includes:
- 2 x Front 2.25" ID 6" Free Length 750 LB Springs*
- 2 x Rear 2.25" ID 5" Free Length 850 LB Springs
Due to their optimization process, Hyperco springs utilize fewer coils, giving them both less weight (less unsprung mass is a good thing) and more compressibility before coil-bind. Additionally, each pair of springs is rate tested and matched so you are getting a genuine matched suspension based on true measurements, not what the factory was hoping to make. Hyperco springs have been the new standard for our own BimmerWorld race cars for the last several years, and the resulting performance proves that the quality is indisputable.
