The Lower Control Arm (track rod) on your E23 7-Series is a key component to the great driving characteristics of your BMW. The soft, rubber bushing naturally wears prematurely, and the ball joint can also become worn and cause poor handling and and bad tire wear, so we always recommend checking it along with the upper control arm (thrust rod) when diagnosing issues.
