H&R Front 27mm Sway Bar Upgrade - E9X 325i/328i/330i/335d/335i

The H&R Front Sway Bar for the E90/E91/E92/E93 325i/328i/330i/335d/335i is a larger 27mm diameter to provide more leverage to better control body motions and keep the tires planted squarely on the pavement. Unlike the E93 M3 bar, the H&R is a solid 27mm across the entire bar (the E93 narrows from 28 to 25mm in the middle). Larger sway bars reduce body roll and weight transfer, improving handling, grip, and steering response. H&R sway bars fit in the stock locations with the original sway bar links and include H&R's exclusive Teflon-lined urethane bushings that require no grease or maintenance. Adjustable links are available and recommended with coil overs or to improve clearance. BimmerWorld recommends sway bars be upgraded after installing a spring/shock upgrade or coil overs, although it's possible to use this with your stock springs and still get a handling improvement.

H&R sway bars are developed and manufactured in Germany to ISO 9001 and TUV standards from the highest tensile spring steel alloy available. Spring steel has the correct strength, stiffness, and spring characteristics for sway bar use. Purpose-built machines manufacture the bars to exact tolerances to ensure a precise fit and correct operation to ensure improved performance for every application.
