This is the bottle of tire repair gel that is part of the M Mobility Kit on E46 M3, E9X M3, E60 M5, E63 M6, Alpina B7, and Z4M. Once the tire is deflated this gel ("goo") is pumped into the tire where it quickly plugs the hole. Then you reinflate the tire using the M Mobility compressor. The repair gel has a shelf life of four years so it should be replaced regularly.
