A classy and original BMW wheel design, this 17x8" wheel was the premium "Sport Package" wheel on early E46 model. BMW didn't offer it very long, but it made a great visual impression, especially when compared to the much less attractive 16" version of this wheel style. The wide and flat 7-spoke face design adds a fairly commanding visual appeal, while still looking very factory and very much "correct" on a BMW.  

Very Limited Quantity Available. At last update we had just a few of these wheels left. These were canceled from production by BMW some time ago and have been hard to find since. We scoured global suppliers to get a handful more for those needing replacement single wheel replacements. Once these are gone, they will be gone worldwide and not available new.  

To get this style wheel on an E46, you'd have to order the well-optioned 328i sedan with Sport Package (in model years 1999 and 2000), the one-year 2000 323Ci Coupe, or you'd have to order them special from a dealer at a pretty penny.  

Being a 17x8" means you can run a moderate square size tire (225, 235, or even 245) and rotate front to rear to help extend tire lifespan. You can also run a 215 or 225 snow tire and use this wheel as an attractive winter/snow package wheel.  

BimmerWorld View: While this wheel absolutely does NOT need a wheel spacer for any of the fitments below with stock suspension, the high 47mm offset does mean you have some fender clearance for a spacer. This is totally optional, but running a spacer helps widen your cars footprint and stance on the road, giving you a more planted feel and cornering abilities. On this particular wheel setup, when run on an E36 or non-E46, you can run a BimmerWorld 12mm spacer (with extended wheel bolts) and make a dramatic visual and handling change at the same time.
