If you have converted your CCB brakes to iron rotors and re-using your gold 6-piston calipers, these are the correct pads. Pagid RS29 Yellow brake pads are formulated for iron discs used with CCB calipers on F80 M3 and F82 M4. The RSL pads offer a much-higher friction coefficient and substantially better stopping power than standard BMW pads.
The RSL29 compound is a low metallic resin-bonded material containing steel and composite aramid fibers. This compound is known as very user-friendly with smooth modulation and release along with a low-medium friction level. It has been very popular in club racing, enduro, and track days when used with 200+ tread-wear tires (sport and street tires). If using <200 tires the RST pads may be more effective.

Front and rear brake compounds should be closely matched to maintain brake balance. Never upgrade one axle and not the other.
