Digital Marketing Assistant
Department:      Advertising/Marketing
Reports To:        Sales & Operations Managers
Overall Responsibility:
Develops, implements, tracks, and optimizes digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
Physical Requirements:

Key Job Duties:
●        Maintains proper brand voice/messaging across all social and marketing platforms
●        Creates, edits, and schedules monthly promotions - coordinating with sales and operations managers
●        Maintains all current social/digital media, add accounts based on potential (plus forum monitoring and posting as needed per brand)
●        Creates news/articles for BimmerWorld, and other affiliated companies
●        Constantly updates and reviews product descriptions and site content to ensure everything is current, SEO optimized, and converting to sales
●        Creates newsletters for BimmerWorld and other affiliated companies (B2C and B2B for retailers as needed)
●        Promotes, recruits, and writes outside articles for magazines, blogs, retailer sites, etc.
●        Monitors and controls (when possible) all “social” discussions of our brands and the brands we carry
●        Administers outside ad placement (print/online) and ad writing
●        Monitors social and site-based analytics for learning and growth potential
●        Measures and reports on KPIs
●        Watches industry and competitors for trends and opportunities
●        Creates new growth strategies
●        Researches ways to optimize sales conversions
●        Collaborates marketing efforts with associated vendors (print/online)
●        Stays current on new/expanding technologies and opportunities
●        Researches for new/expanding marketing knowledge and potential
●        Creates new product announcements for magazine and other various media outlets
●        Maintains regular and prompt attendance
●        Perform other duties as assigned
Educational Requirements:
●        High school diploma or equivalent
