Just like the popular Profi 6-Point harness but with greater versatility! The Flexi 2x2 features a lap belt that can be configured as pull-up or pull-down, based on your preference.

The Flexi harness features a 2" lap belt with snap-in anchors that are not sewn into the belt. You can install the belt as either pull-up or pull-down. The Flexi also has a T-bar sub strap (with snap-in ends) and 2" shoulder belts that make it compatible with HANS and other FHR (Frontal Head Restraint) devices. The shoulder belts come with snap-in hardware, however, our typical install would be as a wrap-around to a harness bar.

The shoulder belts on the HANS-specific Flexi 2x2 are designed to make HANS use safer and more comfortable with optimal fitment on the HANS yoke. This gives you the safest force distribution, and while a standard 3" belt will work, some of the load wouldn't be distributed on the HANS and could cause comfort issues. Another important feature of the HANS-specific shoulder belts is the ability to move the anchor points towards each other, ensuring perfect installation geometry. This helps in the post-impact phase of an accident, which is particularly important in a roll-over situation.

The 2" lap belt is used for increased safety, as it rides within the crest of your pelvis where a 3" belt would rest on the edges. The beneficial placement of the lap belt means that you can make the belt up to an inch and a half tighter. This ensures that it will be doing its job earlier in an accident event because of the quicker loading.

The Flexi 2x2 series meet the very latest FIA standards for competition harnesses. FIA testing now includes a 70G frontal hit and a 30 degree offset hit. Certification is for 5 years from date of manufacture.
