This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 32106774336 (32 10 6 774 336) and is described as Tie Rod for the first generation BMW X5, which is the E53 chassis. 

This tie rod can be used on either the left or right side of the BMW X5 for any of the engine variants (X5 3.0i, X5 4.4i, X5 4.6is and X5 4.8is) for the 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006 model years.
