The Meyle Heavy Duty E46/Z4/X3 Rear Differential Mount is the perfect upgrade for your current worn unit. The original factory diff mount wears prematurely and can cause a heavy "thud" during shifting and spontaneous throttle inputs. The open hydro fluid-filled design of the original does a great job of reducing NVH, but it can have a service life of less than 60K miles on performance driven cars.

The heavy duty replacement differential mount is made of solid rubber for a stiffer feel while retaining the safety and comfort of the stock mount. E46 non-M cars have 3 differential mounts - 2 front mounts and 1 rear. This heavy duty mount is the rear location which is the typical failure part. We also have the front rubber mounts available.
