AFFF foam has been upgraded to ABF foam. The older AFFF systems and bottles have been discontinued. ABF is more effective, so less material and a smaller bottle is required. AFFF systems cannot easily adapt the ABF bottle without modification to the layout and tubing. It would be better to start with an all-new system. See Related Items below. - Replacement bottle only

Replacement AFFF bottle for Lifeline 2000 electrical system. This bottle is setup for the newer 8mm tubing, not the older 6mm size.
The AFFF foam suppressant is a water-based liquid that coats surfaces, removing the ignition source and oxygen. The foam can only suppress what it is in sight so the position of the nozzles is critical. Once the fire is smothered the foam stays behind to prevent flare-ups. It works especially well on fuel and oil fires but not good at all for an electrical fire. Clean-up is easy as you can rinse surfaces clear but the chemical can be corrosive if left behind.
