As luck would have it, we've found these fit pretty well in the E30 3-Series coupe and sedan models (1984-1991) as well. Though they aren't designed for the E30, BMW hasn't offered a rubberized winter mat for the E30 and you might swear these were made just for E30 if you didn't know better.

This is a front only set with two mats, one for the driver's side and one for the passenger side. This pair of rubberized winter-style mats can be used on all 2008-2013 1 series, which includes 128i, 135i, and 1M models for model years 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013. 

Note that these mats are not originally designed for E30 3-Series, so fitment isn't 100% perfect, but we've had very high satisfaction and success (starting with our own E30 owning staff members at BimmerWorld) and sell these confidently. The E30 3 series models were offered in model years 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, and 1991 with models such as the 318i, 318is, 325, 325e, 325es, 325i, 325is, 325ix, and E30 M3.
