Euro Console Insert w/ Sliding Cover Black, Aftermarket - E46 3 Series

Known in the E46 community as the “Euro center console”, this insert replaces the standard cup holder console with two storage boxes, one of which has a sliding/rolling cover. Great for storing small items without them being in plain site.

Unlike other center console trays this one is complete and includes the base (not just an empty bottom). Beware of incomplete or cheaper imitations! 

The BimmerWorld View: When it was available from BMW, the original version of this storage console was a hot seller for us. Sadly, supply from BMW ran out after they stopped making them. Fortunately we were able to find a decent replica of the Genuine part that's a close enough and costs a fraction of what the original BMW version sold for. It's not 100% identical, so if you're buying for a concourse show car, it may not be for you. But for most E46 owners who want the storage cubby between the front seats, this is a way to get your hands on one without having to buy used or rolling the dice on poor quality alternatives.
