This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 32106799966 (32 10 6 799 966) and is described as the left side outer tie rod end for F22 2-series, F87 M2, F30 3-series, F80 M3, F32 4-series, and F82 M4.

This is the outer end of the tie rod only. The complete tie rod part number, inner and outer, is BMW #32106799960 (see link below). While you can replace just the outer ball joint, it's very likely the inner ball joint is worn and should be replaced as well.
