This 2 pole (2 connector) quick connection is used on many different BMW applications for various lighting, sensors, and other electrical plugs. Because it's used in so many BMWs, there's also a need to repair this connection when it gets broken, corroded by elements, or melted by an electrical short. Common uses are turn signal / parking light connections, temperature sensors, coolant level sensors in expansion tanks, connector on the A/C compressor, connector on horn assemblies, as well as many other uses.
