This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 31306863134 (31 30 6 863 134) and is described as the top hex bolt used to mount the upper strut mount/bearing to the strut tower on 2012-2015 F22 228i/M235i, F30 320i/328d/328i/335i, and F32 428i/435i. This is the M10 bolt used on cars with the 3-bolt upper strut mount (generally cars made before 1/2015). BMW calls for new bolts any time these are loosened. The factory torque spec is 41ft-lbs plus another 90° rotation. Sold per bolt.
