Euro tow hook cover is a flat panel instead of the grille that US cars got. This is a much cleaner look and is how BMW intended the M3 to look. It also creates a low pressure area behind the bumper for the air box to draw air.
This is the left / driver's side cover. Strap and clip sold separately.
