This is the LEFT front hood grill / kidney grill, for the facelifted "life cycle impule" (LCI) E46 2 door models, which includes all 2004, 2005 and 2006 325Ci and 330Ci in either coupe or convertible body style. 

This grill features a chrome outer grill bezel as well as chrome inner slats.
