Windshield Cowl Cover with Mounting Clips, BMW - E46 4-Door (1999-2005)

The Windshield Cowl Cover is located at the base of the windshield, and covers the mechanical parts of the windshield wiper system. A rubber gasket runs along the edge and seals the panel against the windshield glass. This rubber seal will deteriorate and break apart over time, leading to leaks at the base of the windshield. It's vital that this panel is replaced as soon as the rubber breaks down.
