Brake Vacuum Pump with Gasket, Rein - E82, E9X, E60, F02, E71 X6, E89, N54

This pump creates vacuum for the operation of the turbo wastegate actuator, brake booster, and exhaust flap (if equipped). If you experience loss of boost it could be this pump but also trace back the vacuum lines from the turbo and valve cover. There's also a sensor on the pump that may have failed. Loss of vacuum can also lead to brake issues.
