Rear Brake Rotor, Centric High Carbon - E82 128i

Rear 300x20mm brake rotor with anti-rust coating for 2008-2013 E82 128i.

Centric is the parent company of the StopTech and Power Slot brands. The High Carbon rotor forms the basis for every StopTech sport rotor. The High Carbon approach results in a brake disc with greater capacity for heat absorption. This results in less deformation of the braking surface, aka "warping", better resistance to surface cracks, and greater performance overall. Although cheaper than OE/OEM discs the Centric quality is just as good or better. A black electrostatic coating is used to prevent rust on the brake hat and vanes. The entire rotor is coated, followed by CNC double-disc grinding of the friction surface, and final computer balancing.
