This DFC caliper fits the E34 540i (1994-1995), the E32 735i (1987-1992), 735il (1988-1992), 740i (1993-1994), 740il (1993-1994) and the 750il (1988-1994)  This caliper replaces BMW part # 34111160364. This caliper is manufactured by Dynamic Friction Corp and comes with a 2 year, 24,000 mile limited warranty.
