The Epic DCT software is installed using your laptop computer and an included DCAN tuning cable.

NEW! We now offer revised shift programming to complement shorter final drive ratios with the DCT. Common shorter gears like 3.45, 3.62, and others require new shift programming to avoid jerkiness, poorly matched RPM, and possible over-revs on downshifts. Mechanical over-revs are still possible - software will not overcome physics - but this software has shown to be a much better match than original factory software. Select your current gear ratio from the menu above.
It's also a good idea to have your clutch engagement and adaption periodically checked and reset. This is done using factory computer service tools like ISTA. Resetting engagement point extends clutch life and may give better drivability immediately after.
