Water Hose, Rubber/Plastic Fitting, Rein - E70 X5 4.8i

This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 17127536236 (17 12 7 536 236) and is described as Vent Pipe for E70 X5 4.8i (N62 engine). These models were offered in 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010. 

It is a 3-Way hose that carries water/coolant and attaches to the upper radiator hose, branching to both left and right cylinder heads. This version has a rubber "Y" fitting in the middle, just as the original BMW part did. 

Recommendation: Rein also offers this hose with an improved metal Y-adapter. As the rubberized Y on this version of the hose is often what fails, we also recommend paying slightly more for this improved metal version.
