Radiator and cooling hose set for Sport model and manual transmission (not M Sport and not base models). The Sport Line added an extra small radiator in the passenger side that helped with turbo cooling,

This package is intended to be an add-on to our core cooling hose kit (#100.11.630.2808). The core kit includes the basic hoses shared across all N20/N26 models. THIS package covers the rest of the cooling hoses for a Sport Line model with an manual transmission.

Replacing a electric water pump, thermostat, or radiator on the N20/N26 engine is straightforward but you may also want to replace the hoses that connect to each while you have ideal access. Rubber hoses are ideal when new, as they allow some movement and flexibility during driving. The only problem is that they begin to degrade as they age and can eventually fail. The plastic clips and metal retaining clamps are only good for one-time use. Once removed they never seem to seal as well, leading to a leak soon after. We highly recommend that you replace your cooling system hoses as a preventative measure before they fail in order to save you from further headaches and expenses. This hose set is great as a "while you're in there" addition to any N20 cooling system job.

Package includes:
11537639997, water pump feed hose to engine block
17127596837, upper radiator hose*
17127619256, lower radiator hose with line to aux radiator
17127596841, aux radiator outlet hose
17127596840, lower coolant hose (water pump/heater core)

High Speed Synchronization (code 840): only available with Sport package and original 18" summer tires (code 2FM). With or without High Speed Sync is a moot point since it was only available with the Sport Line package and the parts are the same.

* Upper Radiator Hose: we think the BMW parts diagrams contain an error. BMW calls for part #17127619255 which includes an extra hose to a small outlet on the right side of the radiator. But on manual transmission cars there is no small port on the radiator. We think the base upper radiator hose is used here (#17127596837). A Sport Line manual does have the aux radiator on the right side and it has its own upper and lower hoses. If you have a Sport Line manual, we'd love to hear from you to confirm this!

These hoses are manufactured by an original supplier to BMW for rubber and plastic parts. As an OEM it meets all of BMW's original design, fitment, and performance requirements and is TUV approved. OEM parts are the best alternative to more expensive Original BMW parts because they are virtually identical without the inflated price tag. These parts have a two year warranty.
