Coolant Hose with Metal End - 2006-2010 525i 525xi 528i 530i 530xi

This hose runs from the cylinder head to the thermostat, and is designed to be an improvement over the standard BMW hose part number 11537544638 (11 53 7 544 638), which is a coolant / water hose for N52 powered BMW 5 series with 3.0 liter engine in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010. Rather than using a plastic hose connector, URO has redesigned this hose to use an upgraded METAL connector. This is important as the original plastic version is known to get brittle, crack and leak with age and repeated heat cycles. This is something that won't happen on a metal connector, making this URO Premium replacement a nice upgrade over the standard hose. 

This upgrade metal-end coolant hose can be used on 2006 and 2007 model 525i, 525xi, 530i and 530xi (sedan and wagon), as well as all 2008, 2009 and 2010 model 528i and 528i xDrive (528xi). It runs from the thermostat to the cylinder head on the N52 6 cylinder 5 series models, which started for the 2006 model year. If you are replacement the thermostat, we highly recommend replacing this hose at the same time.
