This Upper Radiator Hose is a stock replacement for your 1984 or 1985 E30 318i, which used the M10 8 valve 4 cylinder engine. A rubber upper radiator hose is ideal when new, as it allows some movement and flexibility during driving. The only problem is that they eventually degrade with age, and can eventually fail, leaving your '84 or '85 318i broken down and in an overheating situation.
