Evolution Racewerks developed this kit in the Southern California desert with their own E82 135i track car. After high oil temps triggered limp mode and curtailed their racing, ER came up with a comprehensive and bolt-on oil cooler upgrade for N54 cars. Oil temps now remain in the sweet spot and no more limp mode!
The ER dual oil cooler kit consists of two aluminum 11x8x2" oil coolers to mount behind the front bumper in the left and right side wheel wells. The coolers sit inside a louvered housing designed to extra air into the wheel well. Optional bumper shrouds duct air through the bumper openings. Goodrich stainless hose and black AN fittings complete the core components. The kit comes with all brackets and hardware needed for a seamless install.
Choose from polished aluminum or black hardcoat anodize finishes.
Kit is available with and without bumper ducts. These ducts can be ordered separately later if you choose to want them.
Fits 2008-2010 E82 135i with the N54 engine.
Fits 2007 E9X 335i with factory oil cooler (replaces factory cooler). Contact us if your early 335i did not come with a factory oil cooler.
