This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 17212284260 (17 21 2 284 260) and is described as the factory original replacement engine oil cooler for BMW F10 M5, F90 M5, F06/F13 M6, and the G15 M850iX. This is the OEM oil cooler for S63TU engines (and the N63 engine in the M850i). This cooler is placed underneath the car and is very susceptible to rocks and other debris which can puncture the cooler and cause a critical oil leak.
