Transmission Oil Cooler Upgrade, CSF - G8X M3/M4

Transmission temperatures will shut down your track session quicker than most people realize. Improved oil cooling is often over-looked, especially when the focus is on power. We know from our own race and project cars that improving cooling is always worthwhile.

This cooler for the G80 M3 and G82 M4 ZF transmission is an upgrade over the factory cooler with more surface area and additional capacity in a bolt-on replacement upgrade. The CSF G8X cooler fits in the same location as the factory and uses the same cooler lines. Careful consideration and planning was done to ensure the larger cooler does not interfere or affect the intake heat exchanger directly behind it. CSF's high-performance, race-spec oil cooler will keep oil temperatures stable, even in the most demanding endurance racing conditions and extreme ambient temperatures.

New metal rock guard and install hardware included. While this will fit with the stock heat exchanger behind it we strongly encourage you to upgrade that to the CSF S58 intake heat exchanger to install everything as a unit.

All CSF radiators receive design and development in the USA with additional wind tunnel, vibration, thermal cycle, burst pressure, and salt spray testing done at their production facilities in Southeast Asia. During manufacturing, radiators are individually tested for leaks and receive a 30-point inspection prior to shipping. This part is a much higher level of quality than typical Chinese factory parts. CSF is an OE supplier to several manufacturers as well as providing private-label products for other radiator brands. CSF radiators have a two year warranty.
