This Water Pump is a direct replacement for the factory pump in your 84-85 E30 318i (M10 Engine). We highly recommend changing your water pump as a preventative measure any time you replace your radiator. Although a seemingly minor part in your cooling system, the water pump can save you from catastrophic engine failure.
