This part was originally listed by BMW as part number 11511727977 (11 51 1 727 977) and is specific to the M10 8 valve engine, which came in 1.6 liter, 1.8 liter and 2.0 liter displacement and was used in the classic BMW 2002 / 2002tii, E21 320i (1977-1983) and the early E30 318i models in 1984 and 1985 only.
