Clutch Kit, Genuine BMW - E60 M5 / E63 M6 SMG

This is a Genuine BMW clutch kit for E60 M5 and E63 M6 equipped with the SMG transmission. A BMW clutch kit includes the clutch disc, pressure plate, and throw-out bearing. The SMG clutch kit is different than the M5/M6 that were produced with a manual transmission. This part number fits SMG models only.

This clutch fits all 2006-2010 M5/M6 V10 SMG cars. However, cars produced before 4/06 should have their flywheels replaced with the later BMW design (the early flywheel is no longer available).

When replacing your clutch, consider all of the other parts that may need to be replaced or serviced during the process: driveshaft and guibo, shifter linkage, transmission mounts and seals, exhaust hangers and gaskets, clutch pivot pin, and pilot bearing. The flywheel may also need to be replaced depending on age, mileage, and use.

This is a Genuine BMW S85 SMG clutch with a two year warranty.
