This Powertrain Industries driveshaft assembly is brand new (not rebuilt), and is a direct replacement on the E46 323Ci, 323i, 325Ci, 325i Coupe/Convertible/Sedan/Wagon (1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003). Since this is a newly manufactured item, there is no core return or charge to deal with.

Only for cars with 5-speed manual transmission.
