Rear Shift Linkage Mount, BMW - E21, Early E30, Early E28, Early E24

This is the bushing used to mount the back of the early-style sheetmetal shifter plate to the body/transmission tunnel. BMWs stopped using this sheetmetal-style shifter in 1985 so this will not work on 1986-newer models. Fresh bushings are needed to keep your shifting precise.
