DCT Transmission Service Kit, Rein - E82 135i, E9X 335is/M3, E89 Z4 35is (GS7D36SG)

This kit includes the complete filter, pressure filter, and oil pan service kit for the GS7D36SG DCT transmission in E82 135i, E92 335is, E9X M3, and E89 Z4 35i models.

BMW uses a "Lifetime" service interval for the fluid in DCT transmissions. The "Lifetime" has never been fully explained and we don't buy into it. The factory GT4 race car service is every 30,000km (18,641 miles) so a 60,000 mile service for a street car may be ideal. Changing the fluid and filters will ensure optimum performance and extend longevity and makes a huge improvement in shift quality and smoothness. The clutch filter cartridge is the first line of defense against free floating clutch debris and should be changed with ever fluid service.

This is a full filter service kit that includes all of the service items and hardware for the DCT transmission (but not fluid).
