This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 33408431635 (33 40 8 431 635) and is described as a rear wheel bearing originally used on M2 CSR and M4 GT4. It can also be used on regular production F87 M2, F80 M3, and F82 M4. We're not sure what the specific differences are but we found that this bearing lasts a lot longer on our GT4 race cars.
