Connecting Rod Bolt, M10x1.25, BMW - E46 M3 2/03+, E85/E86 Z4M

This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 11247834310 (11 24 7 834 310) and is described as the connecting rod bolt used on S54 engines produced after the 2/2003 production date. These bolts stretch when properly tightened and they cannot be re-used (also known as torque-to-yield bolts). These bolts must be replaced any time one is removed, such as during rod bearing replacement. These bolts are M10 diameter with 1.25 thread pitch (pre-2/2003 bolts are larger M11 diameter).
