This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 11117837298 (11 11 7 837 298) and is described as the latest oil squirter nozzle for S65 V8 and S85 V10 engines. BMW updated the design in 2008 for a better flow of oil to the pistons. This is the latest design and replaces previous BMW part #11117834295. You likely won't need these for an M3 but they are a popular update for early M5/M6, especially when replacing rod bearings (order 5).
