Repair Kit Valve Seal Ring - N62 / N62N - 11340029751 (Elring)

This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 11340029751 (11 34 0 029 751) and is described as Valve Seal Ring Repair Kit, made by Elring, for the N62 and N62N V8 engines as used for the 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 model years. 

Valve seals have become an issue on some of the 2002-2009 model BMW V8 engines, especially the earlier models where age and mileage are taking their toll. When the valve seals start to leak, it allows oil to pass through into the combustion chamber. Symptoms include loss of engine oil, frequent need to top off between oil changes, and blue smoke from the tail pipes. If not addressed, more damage can and will occur, making this a must fix issue for these N62 and N62N powered BMWs. 

This valve seal set includes enough to replace all of the valve seals on one N62 or N62N engine.
