This part is listed by BMW as BMW part number 11127547058 and is described as Crankcase Vent Valve for the N62 V8, used in several BMW “45i” and “50i” models. This includes the 545i, 550i, 645Ci, 650i, 745i, 745Li, 750i, 750Li, and X5 models (2004+ X5 4.4i, 4.8is, and X5 4.8i through 2010). These V8 models spanned model years 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009.

This CCV is made by Bosch, the original supplier to BMW. As the OE supplier, we believe this to be the best brand to buy, other than a Genuine BMW crankcase vent valve (which is much more expensive for essentially the same part).
