Cylinder Head Gasket Set, Elring - E60 M5, E63 M6

This complete top-end gasket set for 2006-2010 E60 M5 and E63 M6 with the S85 V10 engine has all of the gaskets and seals typically replaced during a head gasket repair, timing cover gaskets, or intake manifold removal. Instead of buying just the head gaskets (BMW part #11127837460) you can get all of the other gaskets and seals needed to complete the job. Note: valve cover gaskets are NOT included with this kit.

Symptoms of head gasket failure include: white residue (tapioca) in the valve cover, under the oil filler cap, and in drained oil, low coolant (not caused by failure in cooling system), low oil, oil leak onto exhaust manifold, and loss of power from loss of compression. Cooling system trouble on the S85 must be addressed quickly as the aluminum head is easily damaged if overheating occurs.
